β β β β β Er werken uiteraard verschillende mensen daar maar de( jonge) man met zijn bril is echt onvriendelijk dus HR van De Lijn investeer in opleidingen om je personeel wat vriendelijker te laten overkomen of werf personeel aan die wel vriendelijk is.
There are of course different people working there, but the (young) man with his glasses is really unfriendly, so HR van De Lijn invest in training to make your staff appear more friendly or recruit staff who are friendly.

β β β β β I have been here twice so far as I have recently moved to Gent, but in both cases the De Lijn representative at the winkel was very friendly was patient as well as having good command of the English language. It is quite small for a shop so if you are in a hurry, do not expect not to wait in a line of 2-3 people which is normal for a small shop but also the wait is not that annoying at all. If you are looking for a long term stay in Gent, definitely go for the abonnement rather than regular tickets!
