★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le personnel de vente des titres de transport est sympathique et explique bien quel bus prendre et quelles sont les principales attractions touristiques de la ville ainsi que les pièges à touriste à éviter.
La gare routière est grande vis à vis de la taille de l'agglomération. On s'y perd facilement avec son nombre important de quais. Le mieux est de demander son chemin à un employé des transports qui est dans un cabanon en bois non loin de l'entrée de la gare ferroviaire.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'informations en français car tout est en flamand. On aurait pu espérer avoir une traduction française et/ou anglaise ...
The ticket sales staff are friendly and explain well which bus to take and which are the main tourist attractions in the city as well as the tourist traps to avoid.
The bus station is large compared to the size of the agglomeration. You can get lost easily with its large number of docks. Your best bet is to ask a transportation employee who is in a wooden shed near the entrance to the train station for directions.
There is not a lot of information in French because everything is in Flemish. We could have hoped to have a French and / or English translation ...
