La gare offre beaucoup de services dont des wc et des boutiques Les places de Parking relais sont un avantage pour relier le centre ville dans chercher pendant longtemps un endroit pour stationner. Un billet combiné parking et bus est un bon plan. Attention aux automates du parking qui ne prennent pas les cartes de débit/crédit internationales : seulement le bancontact et mistercash ! Il faut demander à un belge de payer pour vous en échange de pièces ! Aller sur le QUAI N°10 pour prendre les bus 62/63/97. La gare routière est très grande vis à vis de la taille de l'agglomération. On s'y perd facilement avec son nombre important de quais. Le mieux est de demander son chemin à un employé des transports qui est dans un cabanon en bois non loin de l'entrée de la gare ferroviaire. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'informations en français car tout est en flamand. On aurait pu espérer avoir une traduction française et/ou anglaise ...
