The location was very good, the breakfast surprisely rich but the room not very spaceful. It was very clean and the staff very kind.

The room is really small, but it was enough for one night stay. The location is good, close to the central area. The staff was also friendly and professional!

Stayed here for 2 nights. The second night there was a party. We called at 2:30 AM to the reception. Nothing changed. 3 AM we called again. He said he was sure it came from outside, whilst it came from the ventilation system. Finally he came to our room to have a look and agreed that it was inside the hotel. He said ' I checked the corridors and don't know where it comes from. So I can't do anything. Feel free to investigate by yourself. Good night". Great Accor service, ruined night ?. In the morning there was no room for an apology. I'm accor Platinum member and will avoid this hotel in the future. I advice you to do the same.

The hotel is well locate, close to the central St. Catherine square. The room is small and the bathroom super small. As an ALL Gold Member I would have expected a larger to stay. Then, I have tried twice to enjoy the welcome drink at the bar, but in both cases it was closed (at 9:15pm !)

Front of house staff were rude and obnoxious. Was given no help by them. The room was so tiny, as was the bathroom. Had to sit on the toilet sideways to pee as there was no room with the walls and sink! Breakfast was ok, coffee/tea not available other then at breakfast so I don't know why it says its available through the day. I've stayed in many Ibis hotels and its a brand of hotel I like. But this was a horrible stay!!!

The hotel is a typical Ibis and in terms of the room etc you get what you would expect. The location is excellent with a number of good restaurants and bars very nearby and the Grand Place only a short walk away. What makes this Ibis stand out are the excellent staff. Ours was a large booking which had been changed on a number of occasions due to Covid-19 restrictions. Those changes were handled really well and everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel both welcomed and valued as guests. If I am in Brussels again I will not even consider a different hotel.

Stayed here on a recent short trip to Brussels and wasn't disappointed. The room was lovely and cosy, plenty of light and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It had free body wash in the shower but I always take my own so didn't try theirs. The hand wash by the sink smelt lovely though. The bar was lovely and relaxing and the man that served us was very polite, nothing was too much for him. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again.
