K	Kimberley Jagielski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, bed was comfortable. Refrigerator, although dirty, was convenient. Room was dirty, glass was dirty, had to reawash it myself. Only One full size towel. Tv doesn’t work, temperature control remote batteries are dead. Because of the great location, it’s extremely loud. Very loud street noise on weekends until 6am and later. Spotty WiFi.
E	Evelin Gonçalves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though small rooms it was very clean and cosy with a lovely decoration. Our frigo was not working but guys from the bar offered me to chill my beer on their fridge, so it may not be perfect but there is always someone nice and friendly trying to help.
E	Emiliano Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok! The reception doesn't speak really well. When you arrive you will think that you make a mistake getting a room here. But the hotel is really great. Great rooms with a beautiful view. Really recommend this hotel. All clean and nice. Nice bedroom also.

Service was great so we stayed for dinner which was really enjoyable. We didn't stay at the hotel but the bar/restaurant was good
N	NOt Now (The Spontaneous Traveler) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great: The view, breakfast and location. I would definitely recommend you stay here when you are planning to visit in Brussels. Everywhere is walkable. Not too loud other than ambulance. Breakfast is continental: ham, cheese and croissant. Orange juice, milk, chocolate milk and any kind of coffee. You can have some cereals work youghurt too. Perfect! Again: location and view of the city from your room is the best. You will love it. Thank you for making our vacation great - hotel Orts. I would definitely choose this hotel in the future again.

We were shown to our room with clear instructions and information about breakfast etc. We headed out for a walk and found we were right in the thick of things! Restaurants and bars were plentiful around the area, but in no way loud and rowdy so did not impact us in that way. We happened upon Grand Place without even meaning to go there that evening and it really is just a short walk. The room was cosy and bathroom small, but we had all we needed for a one night stay as we drove through Belgium to Switzerland. The bed was so comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was reasonably priced and had many options of everything you would want for a continental breakfast. Delicious coffee!! Overall a lovely little hotel with friendly staff!

Bed was extremely comfortable so after s big day of walking I slept like a dream. The bathroom was tidy and had everything I needed. Overall, it was a great stay, very clean and close to all restaurant, bars and sites. Would highly recommend.

When I made the booking, I requested a room with a balcony and I honestly think they gave us the best one in the entire place. It is not fancy, but very unique and perfect for my boyfriend at I who were young travellers in Belgium for the first time. The staff was very friendly, and the location was absolutely perfect- bars, restaurants, and beautiful architecture on every corner!
