★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay with a nice and clean studio. The bed is good. Space was just enough. The hotel is really city centre so everything was close by. What made our stay a 5 star?! ==> The staff. They helped us out in every way. The service was amazing. I adore the man who checked us in. (I'm sorry for not memorizing your name). The next when I come to Brussels. I would definitely stay there again. Au revoir!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst booking experience ever. I had to share photos of my passport, of my credit card to be told 12 hours later that my booking didn’t go through. They didn’t offer any solution or any explanation, only a email saying technical error. What are they collecting all this? Why are they even offering bookings if nothings available ?? To get peoples credit cards and IDs - Smells fishy!!!!! BEWARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This aparthotel has very courteous, helpful staff. The studios are nicely decorated, air conditioned. The price is very reasonable.
The convenient downtown location is near metros, stores, restaurants...etc
The only negative is not even from their own doing but more Brussels City's lack of overseeing downtown. In the evening, homeless and untidy people gather nearby at the piétonnier.
Would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel for five nights over the New Years. The absolute best part of this hotel is the central location. Almost everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance with very nice and cozy cafes and walking streets. And if there was something we wanted to see, that was further away, then the Metro stop “de Brouckère” was literally in the same building. The hotel is surrounded by pedestrian streets, which is also nice.
The rooms were spacious and offered a lot of room for storage. The rooms could be a bit cleaner and there was no cleaning throughout our stay, which we disliked. The bed was folded inside the wall and had to be put down when we wished to use it, but it was surprisingly comfortable. The room had kitchen facilities and we had our breakfast here. We were here over the New Years and during the evening the reception had an guard which was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and lots of services provided. We were there less than 48 hours so didn’t have time to use any of the cooking facilities or anything but it was a nice touch that they were available. The bed in the wall was very cool. Staff were friendly and helpful.
