林	林子翔 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an unbelievably terrible check in experience! We arrived at Brussels around 21:30, and the place to take the key is close. We asked local people to make the phone call, and the two phone numbers he left was wrong! There was no way for us to get the key and enter into the house. Then we turned to the police for help. They couldn’t find him either. So we were left stranded in the street for almost three hours until 0:30!! Finally one local person connected with him and he came. The first word he said was not sorry but “We are close.’ Could you imagine a closed hotel!? And no sorry for us!?? He knew we didn’t check in and didn’t care whether we have place to stay. We are still angry with his unsympathetic behavior now. Totally worse!!

S	Sean Bosklopper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great central location for exploring the city. Being city centre you get street noise but it wasn't a problem for us. Note: it's _not_ wheelchair friendly. We arrived late so got instruction on how to meet and paid a surcharge. It's in the pedestrian area, which meant the taxi couldn't drop us off directly in front. It wasn't a problem to find it though.
P	Paige Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay here!!! Worst business I've ever dealt with in 20 years of traveling. We were sent a number to call and the address. When we arrived at 8pm no answer and no one to be found. We finally gained access to the building when someone was leaving and knocked on the door. No one! A neighbor came out and called manager and they said they weren't coming back. So we were left stranded. My husband called them to refund our money and to date they have not. There were homeless bums pissing in the entryway to the building as well. Not a place for children!!

We we traveling from Luxembourg and our arrival was delayed. Unfortunately we didn't have access to the internet during our travel so we couldn't notify our delay, which we wouldn't have expected we'd need to do anyway. On arrival nobody answered the door and once we managed to get internet access from the hotel across the road we discovered that our booking had been cancelled only an hour after our estimated arrival time. Luckily the hotel across the road had very nice rooms available at a great price. Would NOT recommend this place.
R	Remus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sofa were not comfortable for sleeping, simple cleaning and there was noise outside all night, until 6 am pretty loud noise. The windows were very old and let all the noise pass as well as they were opened. The location was the only thing to worth staying, but if you want to sleep I don't recommend to take this for a long vacation.
