β β β β β To be clear, pho could vary from north to south Vietnam. The pho from this restaurant is difficult from its peers around the corner who are mostly the south style. This being stated, it is quite authentic if measuring according to the north βTonkineseβ school criteria. Do not miss it!

β β β β β It is the best Pho Bo I have ever had in Europe. Delicious! It is a real Pho Bo! The place is super clean and the service is excellent. It is a couple blocks away from the tourist area, which is perfect if you're a local and if you are a tourist, this restaurant will give you a break from the crowd. Very reasonable prices as well. I definitely recommend it.

β β β β β This place to me is very authentic honestly Vietnamese. It's not a mixture of Japanese or Chinese, it is pure to its name. I loved the addition of the home made sate sauce on each table. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Really good. I tried "Hu tieu sa te" which is special soup noodle in Ho Chi Minh city and they made it very well. The restaurant also provides many types of dips fitted for different disk types. The restaurant is very clean and the staffs are very friendlyI expect to come back to this restaurant when I am in Brussels next time.

β β β β β Amazing!! The pho dac biet was hearty with lots of different cuts of meat. I also got the banh cuon and lo bak gao because I hadnβt seen these dishes too much in my travels across Europe. Everything was delicious. Also, this is a viet restaurant that has hoisin sauce and actually serves its pho with accompanying lime, bean sprouts, and mint!! Also the pho broth- A+!
