One of the times we went there was a staff member, a girl with very short hair, who helped my colleagues find the Japanese songs and we are so appreciative! The staff are very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and they always explain how the karaokebox works. You can choose between many rooms and they all have their own style!!
Their song list is also quite big, so that you enjoy the full experience.
