★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So so SO yummy!! We did the classic thing of going on holiday to Brussels, going to the Chocolate Museum and then only buying truffles on our way to the Eurostar to take home!!! Once we arrived home we chilled the truffles for a short while, and I can honestly say they are the most delicious chocolates I have ever tasted. Elisabeth products are quite pricey but totally worth it for the delicacy of the flavours and beautiful presentation of the chocolates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live near this branch and every month I drop by to get a box of truffles. It is amazing. I am not a heavy chocolate eater, but since moving to Belgium, I have probably consumed the same amount of chocolates I have eaten for the past 30 years in just a few months. Elisabeth has the perfect blend for me, just the right sweetness and chocolate ratio. I cannot stop eating their truffles. They are one of the best things my mouth has ever tasted.
Not everyone would agree with me as we all have different tastes, but I can't help but recommend trying these out. The staff is friendly, and a huge bonus, they let you try before buying. They also have alcoholic ones, if those are your thing.
