Gentlemen by the name Faisal handled situation with professionalism and grace. My morning was with smile and I will return to this location with pleasure.

Once I bought a small bread (79 cents) and they typed in an asparagus , which was a couple of euro more. I noticed only at home and it was too late. Another time, I bought one plum and it costed way more than it should have. I asked, is the plum so expensive? The cashier said "oh, I'm sorry, it's not that" (she typed in the wrong thing), she cancelled and typed in the plum. The other day, I bought peaches in promotion and the price was again super high, I guessed they didn't apply the promotion and let it go. Two days after, when buying the same peaches, I look at the screen of the counter and see he typed in "mirabelles" instead of peaches. When I asked why did you type in mirabelle, he said "oh, but it's the same price". No, it's not the same price, and the peaches were in promotion. He cancelled the mirabelle and put in the peaches. Why do they do that? It happens every other time I go there. It was not even the same staff member that does that. Either this is a big time incompetence, either something I cannot think of... The shop probably has no clue about their stocks, what goes in and what goes out. They also do not accept sodexo cards (or any cheque repas cards) for hygiene products, which other shops in the city do. Total disaster.

It has most of what you need from a convenience shop perspective, including fresh items and salads. Upstairs, there's also the dry stuff like canned food, shampoo, and bathing items.
O	Olivia Lally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a convenience store with all of the basics, but the store design and stocking makes it very difficult to get around. The eisles are very narrow and constantly blocked, so it can be difficult to get in. For example, if someone is getting fresh bread, it completely blocks the way into the store and if you open the fridge with salad, you completely block the vegetable eisles. We have also found that refrigerated items that we've have bought have been expired even though they're in date, so there appears to be problem with cold storage. We avoid this store and use others close by unless we're in a rush. There's another Carrefour just down the road that's got a better selection that you can easily access.
