People BE VERY CAREFUL WITH BASE, they will take every opportunity they have to cheat you... stay away if you can It's a pity. But you will have better service on other providers anyway, so no big loss.

Since I can’t send my formal complaint on your website so I will post it here then. I went to Base Shop in Gent Veldstraat 41 today around 12:30 noon. A lady who I asked about a certain abonnement is very unfriendly, unaccommodating and unwelcoming. She seems not happy to serve or see clients. She had a shoulder length wavy thick dark hair, wearing colorful stripes long sleeve. I forgot to look into her id which I think she wasn’t wearing. From the start I already felt uncomfortable with her since she is not nice. She told me I should speak either French or Dutch in order for me to be given this service. So your services are ONLY to people who speak those two languages then?! What kind of racism is that! And to think the sms I receive all the time and other updates from your company and even your website is in english! So where’s the logic?! I wanted the explanation to be in english since I want to understand good and I wanted it to be clear before committing to a plan for 2 years but clearly she does not want to explain it in english. So I spoke in dutch instead because it was REQUIRED by her but the way she said that like it is a MUST is not normal. She didn’t explain anything good, it felt like she was in a hurry and she wanted to get rid of me. She didn’t want to show me a model of a phone and told me to go to other shops to look at it. Well done!! I have been your customer from 2012. I started with prepaid and decided to go with a monthly plan since the services are great. But because of the incompetence, rudeness and how she was not helpful whatsoever, I decided to switch to Proximus right after I was treated like that. I tried to ask to another Base in Langemunt and it was still the same, a rude guy who was shouting which was uncalled for since I asked nicely and calmly. He kept on repeating that it was with the bank is he is not the bank. I just want to know the reasons and not just be shout at! That was the problem with your staffs, lack of communication and of course their attitude. They just want to get rid of you. I have read about alot of complaints about your staff and I don’t know if you even bother to read this or care but you will lose more clients because of your staffs poor service. You have great offers but your customer service failed me today. And it’s not worth it for me to stay with your services if I would be treated like how I was treated today. No, thank you. Never again!
