★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly to help, but inform yourself on prices for refitting. They are not communicated beforehand, not advertised and our belief as to them being included in the price was only proven wrong on the bill. Rather underhanded way of doing business.
Also, discount actions are organised so that you can not use them unless for yet another buy, even when buying multiple pieces each much higher priced than the minimum spend demanded by the discount promotion. While the discount action is largely advertised, the way it is organised is not. Yet another shady bit of business practice. I like my prices and conditions clearly and transparently stated beforehand.
