★ ★ ★ ★ ★ every single star well deserved ! They took on a challenging job (replacing my Pixel 3 screen AND back glass cover, challenging because not available on EU market). The repair encountered a number of setbacks (software issues, broken camera, supply chain issues), but they never took their hands off, kept exploring solutions, remained friendly and professional including in stressful times (there was a moment when things really didn't look good), and even offered me a spare iphone to use. Being used to US customer service standards, I was truly impressed to find that here in Belgium, especially Nasser is a top guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally went to have the screen replaces but was strongly advised to replace the battery as well.
After first having placed a faulty battery into my iphone, which made it restart every 2 minutes, to my despair, they replaced it the next day for a better one. No idea how this happens but all seems to work now. Quick service.

My contactperson in the shop, Nacer, strengthens this extremely good experience even more: very responsive, flexible, creative in finding tailor made solutions, supportive and all that with a lot of kindness.
I definitely will go back to Quick Repair when needed!

VERY slow service. Person at the desk dissapeared multiple times, 20-30 min delay.
They also added a sticker on my mobile i'm not able to properly get off.
Update:
The person responsible for service at the desk called back asking for feedback.
The delay was caused because my device being a product out of Europe where they had to check for parts and compatibility.
Positive conversation where both parties appreciated the feedback.
