β β β β β These guys are completely incompetents, they ruined my phone to the bones. I went there to replace the camera, and after 1 week with no phone I went to get it back and they just cleaned the lens.haha! stupids's! This is nothing bad, apart from the fact that while opening the phone they have destroyed the loudspeaker and it doesn't work anymore now. I am leaving belgium in 2 weeks and i have no time to get it fixed! I hope this review will be read from a lot of people, nothing bad will do because this is the only apple store in this country but yeah they are just retards.

β β β β β Awful service, and awful quality. I can't even start to explain how bad this store is. First time I went there, was with my MacBook air, which for some reason was a bit bent. So instead of replacing it, they just bent the computer right in front of me. I almost punched the guy to stop doing it. Second time, I went there with a MacBook pro, to have my screen replaced under warranty and as specified by Apple. They refused to help and wanted to first diagnose it which would take 2 weeks. They also wanted me to write down my passwords on a piece of paper, which is probably one of the most laughable things I've ever experienced in such a store. After a ping pong of visits and mails, I've managed to reach Apple for a complaint about them. Switch on the other hand, decided to tell me that "here in Belgium" people don't behave like Americans do, and they don't make complaints whenever they feel like (fyi I'm not American).
Third time, and this only because they are the only Premium Reseller nearby, they wanted 800 euros to fix my mac. In then end it was a flex cable, which costs 10 euros, and takes 5 minutes to repair, which was fixed by someone else.
They are arrogant, some even incompetent and despite having good and competent workers there, I have the feeling that the relaxed and "we know better" attitude makes it that they make way too many mistakes, and miss a lot of important things.
If you can go to the real Apple Store in Brussels, do that, because here you won't get anything solved.

β β β β β I agree with most people here : very helpfull in sales. Nice and well informed. But service for repair after sales is absolutely horrible. They really have a structural problem there.i Have been in Apple Repair in other parts of the World and never experienced this kind of attitude. Fire the bunch and start a new repair team with a training about how to be decent and client-oriented.

β β β β β Unfriendly, untruthful, overcharging. I guess I should've read the 100+ one-star reviews online before taking my Macbook to this petty excuse for a store. It took them two weeks to clear up a password problem, and when I finally got my laptop back, all of my programs had disappeared, AND they charged me 170 euros for it.
Furthermore, they untruthfully mailed me numerous times saying my Macbook would be ready at a certain moment, making me go over there for no reason - not ideal in COVID times, and lousy customer service to boot. Also, they don't answer e-mails regarding questions, saying they 'didn't see your mail', and when they DO mail you, it's without any courtesy and using a false name ('Erpent', a place in Namur - 'names', get it? Very mature, guys.) Honestly, having to use a moniker on your customer service says it all: these guys are charlatans.

β β β β β definitely wouldn't recommend, unfamiliar with the workers name but he essentially made a small problem huge and was generally abrasive to interact with.
I went in for an applecare+ replacement of my airpods and returned after getting a text to collect the new replacements pods, and when I arrived they had actually not sent them to be fixed, and had to send them again and wait another 5 days...
will avoid from now on!

β β β β β Completely unsatisfied with the service. Every time I go there, no one can answer simple questions about the apple products. Every time Iβm in the store I appear to know more then the staff itself and it really bothers me! No interest to visit the store again as there is absolutely 0 new information to learn. As a possible client Iβm not planning to spend money in this store.
