Unfortunately, my purchased item was not well inspected when they wrap the earrings. I should have been more attentive but I never thought that damaged item was on display or at least I always trust the seller to double check it if something was wrong with item. I only notice the unforeseen damage when I was on the transit. I contacted directly through FB & customer care. The FB forwarded my email to this store responsible but I only got the standard direction on "possible to exchange it as a voucher or replace it with new one". Unfortunately, it was sold out on the webshop and they no longer have it in store. So I am basically will be stock with voucher and sadly I am very picky so even with 1 year validation I might not able to find accessoires which I like truly like. Now I am still waiting for customer service's reply and to see if the damaged earrings can be some how fixed. The store itself is nice, very clean and a the light help spark up the crystal and truly shows the charm of accessoires. Unfortunately because of the sparkness I probably missed the missing crystals. Just so people know. I am just giving less rating because I was very unsatisfied with the of way they approached as a solution to solve the problem. Also the staff were friendly and helpful even she might have been frustrated whenever the customers comes in when maximum customers allowed in the store are 4 (the sign was quite small so I also missed it). So I am giving 5 stars (*****) for the staff for being attentive for customers and store being coronaproof. But handling the problem as brand Twice As Nice is 2 stars (**) as through FB they reply fast but they don't solve the problem but push it to other workers, mailing customer care you probably won't hear from them (you probably need to wait for 5 days so if it's urgent matter than it's a no go as they only let you select the problem about web shop).
