Had my ultra glide e scooter for 3 month than broke down and been in service since end of February and on 13th of may I was told 3 to 4 weeks and till today finally after being on hold for 45 minutes I get told I should hear something , sometime next week. And get dismissed in store on top of all that as if buying an item online doesn't concern them. Quiet disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give you 1 star because there is no possibility to give more stars for bad reviews, otherwise I would give you 100 stars for what I will mention below. Today I went to the store to look for 1 notebook and I saw one at the promotion and I wanted to buy it but I didn't want to pay 800 euros at once but to buy it in installments ... all good and beautiful until the person who communicated what documents I have to present, tells me that besides the documents I have to have in order, I am also OBLIGED to know one of the official languages of this country! I repeat what the employee said: you are OBLIGED to know one of the official languages. What ???? !!!!!! What the???!!!! What ???? Such a thing is inadmissible !!! I can't believe I was put in a situation in a store in Belgium to be forced to speak one of the official languages! You are the most racist company ever.The country is beautiful but it is a pity that it is inhabited by retards and idiots like you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about the new location of the FNAC store, also situated in the Veldstraat. FNAC used to be cosy shop with 4 floors, but now it has turned into a 1-floor shop more like a bare bone warehouse. The collection has also trimmed down.
When it comes to price, especially of DVDs, Blu Rays, CDs, books and general electronics you can find far better prices at other (online) retailers.
Even when you apply for a membership card and receive a discount, it's still more pricey than other retailers, so shop wise and compare prices before you buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a new location very luxurious, but overall prices for Samsung products, I find it approximately 50€ more expensive for A50, and A70. Maybe MediaMarkt is doing a promotions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nice and they have a variety of products, specially technology products. I had a minor issue with their webpage when trying to make a purchase, and the staff at the store did not help much. Anyways, I tried making the purchase the next day and it worked fine.
