R	Roberto Sedda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING....Just wonderfull ?. Modern building , industrial style.. simple yet extremely functional. Lounge very warm/comfy , with bar, arcade game, slide...very kids friendly as well for parents ? Personnel very friendly...worth every penny ? Fully approved by family. Will be coming back for sure!??? Now this was for the first day... day 2 & 3 ==> breakfast was very ok, pretty good. Not as super as at other hotels but good.. so 7.5-8/10 Room were very good, also industrial design..(you can see them on google maps , i've posted couple pictures ;-) ) but.. floor was already getting used and there where some flooring slat that were lifting. One of the shower heads was rusted and broken. The wall was full of special stains made to look the wall "industrial".. the problem is that there were other stains , really a lot, that were made by the other customers and never cleaned.. you still can have the industrial look, but be clean.. small things, I agree, but the devil is in the details.. and that's why I downsized from 5 stars to 3.. It has to be clean..!! ;-) nevertheless, we will go back there !

S	Shelly Lehouck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice hotel! Very close to the beach. Not even a noisy area. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend and will definitely go back. Went for breakfast elsewhere so can't tell if it was good at the hotel but guess worth the try.

There were long hairs on the wall of the bathroom and the same long hairs in the bed which means the sheets were not changed during the pandemic, that’s unacceptable. The whole room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. So we left. Answer to the hotel’s response: One of your employees came to the room and looked at everything and saw for themselves there were hair everywhere including multiple inside the bed, and the sheets were not clean. So you are lying.

I liked "upstairs tribune" newspaper, provided in the room with nice advices to make our stay more interesting. Very nice industrial interior design, but noise isolation is not so good, when somebody flashed a toilet in the neighborhood, this was a wake up call for me. Breakfast was quite big, I have counted at least 20 different bakery products, 10 different sorts of meat, at least 10 different cheeses, but 0 fish and only two sorts of vegetables: fresh tomatoes and beens in a souse. I really missed more vegetables. But OK, the supermarket is across the street I have got my portion of carrots there. Another min point was that the armchair was broken in our room and was not replaced after we asked.
