β β β β β ronduit schandalig en moeten het laatste woord hebben...best leren omgaan met klanten...als men dag ervoor wat info komt vragen en eventueel foto's van kamer wilt zien lijkt me dit geen lastige vraag..als alles tegen goesting is natuurlijk... misschien beter opzetten dat twintigers niet welkom zijn ipv enthousiaste tieners die eerste keer op hotel willen gaan hebben jullie misschien liever bende zatte volwassenen die doen alsof ze in hilton zitten...en volzet...was niet volzet want kunnen reserveren...
dat het iemand zijn dag of weekend niet is kan ik nog begrijpen maar jullie reactie is ronduit schandalig op booking
 downright outrageous and have to have the last word ... it is best to learn how to deal with customers ... if one comes to ask for some information the day before and possibly want to see photos of the room, this does not seem a difficult question .. if everything is against the taste of course .. maybe better set up that twenty-somethings are not welcome instead of enthusiastic teenagers who want to go to a hotel for the first time you might prefer a gang of drunk adults pretending to be in hilton...and fully booked...was not fully booked because can reserve...
I can still understand that it's not someone's day or weekend but your response is downright outrageous on booking

β β β β β Goed hotel,ruime nette kamer,wij hadden "De Halve Maan"kamer aan achterzijde gebouw,vrij rustig. Lekker ontbijt, voldoende keuze. Ook het cafΓ© is gezellig, uitgebreide bierkaart, lekker eten. Vlakbij strand en winkels. Prijs kwaliteit is zeer goed. Aanrader,wil hier nog terug komen logeren.??
Good hotel, spacious clean room, we had "De Halve Maan" room at the rear of the building, quite quiet. Nice breakfast, plenty of choice. The cafe is also cozy, extensive beer list, good food. Near beach and shops. Price quality is very good. Recommended, would like to come and stay here again.??

The owners are very nice, cozy and clean hotel, nice atmosphere. I was with my sister and we are both very satisfied.

β β β β β The hotel re-opened last year after a full re-furbishment. Rooms are very modern and contemporary. Not the cheapest place to stay but well worth it. Prices start at 100 Euros per night for a twin room up to 160Euros for a family room.

β β β β β Quaint & quirky hotel. Plenty of stairs but there is an old fashioned lift.
Rooms are all themed to Belgian breweries & there two complementary bottles of the relevant brewery's beer in the fridge.
There is a tremendous bar/restaurant attached with a huge range of Belgian beers & superb food.
The breakfast in the hotel is basic cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs & drinks.
