We ve selected To come at 23:30 as selectable on the officiel website.
We was there at 23:45 and the door was close.
No réceptionist. Wé called and bell all night long.
We finally stay the whole night long outside in thé cold.
Now they says last check in at 6pm (loooool) and don t want to at least refund us.

Terrible communication and management. Choose an other hotel in Oostende

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean and simple, what to expect from a 3 star hotel. Lift is scary, but you get used to it, just dont move ;D Breakfast is small but decent quality, eggs and bacon were good
