Clean, comfortable and pleasant experience Plenty to choose from at breakfast. Made use of the complementary coffee in the room and also the complimentary toiletries. These are replenished every day along with fresh clean towels and beds made. Short walk to both the beach and shops. Have stayed a couple of times now. Enjoyed the pool this time. We will be back

I booked this hotel based upon the pictures it had on booking.com, but must admit that they are quite misleading. Its an older hotel which received a minor facelift. When we entered the room, it wasnt cleaned properly (water left in the water cooker, a big layer of dust on the desk, finger/head stains on the bed, ...). The bathroom was not comfortable, you cant take a decent shower as the hose is too short and you cant attach the showerhead to the wall. Breakfast was limited but ok. The location is good, right in the center. Do keep in mind that you will have "city" noise, late in the evening and early in the morning. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff, and excellent buffet breakfast. Parking was expensive, and you needed to be a confident driver. Spaces were tight and awkward to fit in to. Hotel is just a short walk from the beach, the train and tram station, as well as the port. There are plenty of good restaurants, and bars in the area. But stear clear of the Mexican restaurant next door.

The room was with some problems and a hold waitress is very unkind (breakfast mainly). However, all the rest of the staff is very kind and interested to help and welcome.

Do not deserve 4 stars suite with terrace ... I had very disappointed!!!! Not inappropriate for the price of stay 263€/night.. The photos are not real!! All overview  Does not deserve 4 stars, the window above the bed is broken. Air conditioning is very dirty..!! a lot of dust cover, TV signal and sound is very bad, faucet, shower, hair dryer, furniture in the bedroom and bathroom are old, In the WC the wallpaper it's broken. Very bad connection of  wifi in the room..!! In the room there is a refrigerator but no drinking water I had to buy at receptiont 1 bottle for 6€..!!!!!! Especially breakfast..!! Was surprising..!! It was the first place I had a very disappointing of breakfast, Food are not diverse, arranging food in a small warmer only sausages, bacon  and scrambled eggs, arranging cheese, ham, salami, sandwich bread. That bad taste, cheap quality and unclean. The dining table was not clean, The staff put a plate, and coffee cup upside down on the dining table that has just been wiped wet. And you can see the droppings bird next to the window. And my boyfriend has severe diarrhea and vomiting an hour after has breakfast...! The receptionist was ok and  the mattress was very comfortable to sleep, and location very good near by the sea...!! Thank you...

A nice hotel for a family vacation. Its location is its main selling-point. It's in the perfect spot within easy walking distance of the beach, several nice restaurants, and the train station. The few limitations were largely trivial: the air conditioner in the room was a little wonky, the breakfast buffet didn't have much variety and often ran out of things. There's a small pool, which was nice, but it got crowded fast. The main downside was the price: you're primarily paying for location, and you pay A LOT. If location is important to you, then it's totally worth it. Otherwise, there are probably more affordable options. Still, we had a very nice time there, but maybe next time we'll go in the off-season when it's a bit cheaper.

Some detail should be enhanced such as the availability of an area to park awaiting you book-in, this will avoid receive a parking ticket...ridiculous to begin the trip this way. Also when client complain the window doesn't lock well, please take action, don't wait 3 days the client fix it by himself. The only good point is the central location of the hotel.

I think the average score for this hotel is fair. The location is good and the rooms needs an upgrade. The rooms are clean and my bed is made. Fitness is a joke placed in the basement 8 square meters with dust and spiderwebs and 4 old machines. That's it! Light was not working nor. Breakfast is okay- A basic one and you don't go hungry from the hotel.
