I had to ask about an issue I was experiencing for making an application about a contract via their website. The problem is that on their webform,inside the floor box,you can only type numbers and I couldn’t find the correct keyword for basement floor. So I asked about that and what I got was “i don’t know about our internet products and how website applications works” and then,as long as branch and website are under the same company,I proposed him to be a little helpful and try communicate with someone that knows maybe,but still..“I can’t do that you should find out on your own” was what I got. Customer service of this guy was awful and he looked bored. Hope that’s not company’s general problem
