★ ★ ★ ★ ★ July 2018 - I decided to give it another chance and I still believe that the service is poor. Unfortunately they didn't find good staff. I went for a "soin du visage detox" this time. The job was the same as last time, only T zone being properly taken care of, the rest of the face not. I asked if it is done in several sessions, but the lady told me that it's all done already. Compared to a professional cosmetician who takes time and deals with care, this is no good. Still not recommend. I add one more star because at least this time they were no unfriendly.
August 2017 They were so unprofessional. They made a mistake with the treatment, instead of a purification they did a detox, but because it is more adapted to my skin...and she tried to make me believe it was better for my skin and then they tried to make me pay for it! Besides, she only cleaned the T-zone, nothing else and then they were unfriendly because I told them they should have told me in the start, not after. Not to mention that she kept me 30 min instead of 45 as said on the program. The sales girls was very unfriendly as if it was my mistake and she did not hide her frustration even though I did not show to upset (it can happen). What upset me if how they dealt with the mistake...I don't recommend...
