Salespersons were nice and took the time to explain some features of the car etc. when I went to dealer, and the place is quite pleasant. but then, completely let down by absence of customer service. They took pictures of my car for a quote etc, and promised to contact me within 48h. after a week, no news, I called and asked me to come again .... I contacted them 3 times for a test drive and never called me back to confirm. Cars look fine, but service and professionalism ? ... Mazda dealers need a serious upgrade

In reply to your reply: Ok so I see that you are trying to spin this and make me look like the bad guy. So here is exactly how it happened: - I tried to pay with my Mastercard and Visa cards - I was told by the person at the desk only Bancontact card payments are allowed - I specifically asked, what other methods of payment are available - I was told that I can pay only in two ways, bancontact card or cash. I asked again for reconfirmation and received the same answer. Of course I could have paid with an instant bank transfer. I would have just opened the bank app on my phone and saved myself a lot of trouble. But the person at the desk was giving me just these 2 options, pay with a bancontact card or cash. That's it. And please, give me a break with your excuses that I should have read somewhere in the terms of service and inform myself which methods of payment are acceptable. Who does that? The normal expectations are to be able to pay like in any ordinary shop. So shame on you, not me. My original review: I bought my Mazda from them 1 year ago. Today I took it for the 1st yearly maintenance. I left it there în the morning and at around 3pm I went to pick it up. All good but when I wanted to pay it turns out they only accept bancontact or cash. No Visa, no Mastercard, no Amex. No bank transfer, no Google Pay, nothing. There is no ATM nearby. I lost an additional 45min to come back with the cash. I got soaked in the rain and was late to pick up my daughter from the nursery. ST Michel, you forever lost me as a customer. I'm never coming back.

The amount of greediness is immeasurable at this dealership. Especially for trade in, offering for my one year car EUR 4K less of than the second worst offer.
