Frowning guys every time, making customers wait in front of the reception booth until they went outside to have a smoke, then giving lectures about how a small scratch on the interior of the car is "unacceptable". That said, the tech guys fix it, but the manners at the front desk are embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free bathroom and coffee, friendly bilingual person behind the counter. A shame his co workers couldn't even say hello back when we greeted him. It's a shame that that seems to be too much effort for some people these days, and for a business ... just keep the grumpy people in the back ?
