★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my Smart convertible in September 2017 I reported an air infiltration problem to the Comer Sud dealership in Misterbianco (CT) on the occasion of the first service carried out in September 2018 but I was told that it could be normal at high speed and depend on the canopy on canvas. Unfortunately on that occasion I did not insist. After an year, the problem worsened and it was clear that the infiltration was not due to the canopy but to a gluing defect in the windscreen, from which the water now also draws! I returned to Comer Sud on 20 January 2020 in the belief that a defect clearly due to an incorrect assembly of the car would have been resolved even if, in the meantime, the warranty had expired. They told me that the Company (Mercedes-Smart) did not authorize the intervention out of warranty since I had not performed the second service within the time allowed by the program. If the problem had affected a part of the vehicle subject to maintenance I would have understood but in this case not really!
In conclusion I receive a quote of € 630 for the replacement of the windscreen, which probably would have been damaged during the work. Obviously I do not have the work considered unjust for both the methods and the price. Is this the famous German seriousness ??? I just have to add one word: SHAME!
I wrote this review about believing it was “Smart Europe” as appears. I am sorry that my negative review refers to Smart Belgium, which obviously has none responsibility! In the meantime, I have been contacted by Smart Italia customer service. They are working to find a solution to my problem. We'll see.

I was amazed! I received a mercedes benz A class 180 from 2019( 40.000 €).
For a week!????
