F	Faith Tibble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly to the point of hostility. As we are are not the only people to say this in a review we think it appropriate to point out. Most of the meat dishes are for two people only, and the vegetarian dishes are limited. Seeing this, we decided to leave. Our exit was met with pompous aggression. Plenty of fine, friendly establishments off the beaten track. Well worth wandering around beautiful Bruges to find a better, happier place to eat.

The menu was translated into English with each dish being fully explained by Vicky. The portions were generous, waiting time was minimal, the house white wine was lovely, beautiful setting, couldn't ask for more!

Staff seems eager to engage customers for full course meals with wines and grabbing a quick bite is not really an option, you must be prepared to spend the whole evening there, mostly waiting.
S	Steve Bennett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a delight! We were treated to a truly wonderful Valentine day meal in a romantic setting. Staff were perfect hosts with nothing too much trouble, chef pulled out all the stops to present a memorable meal. Go if you get the chance, you won't be disappointed!

Plus why is the wine 15m away from our table with no service or what so ever to refill our glasses... Also, now we're heading to have a kebab...

They were great at helping to recommend wine pairings. The food was outstanding. Best duck I've ever had. The table next to us had the mussels and they smelled amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a lot of time time waiting for everything; to make our order, to receive our first drinks, to get our entrées, and after two hours, and almost having lost our appetite, we got our main courses. Also to pay, you wait. Three hours later I mentioned this to the lady that runs this place, and she basically said that it's me that have the wrong expectations and that it's us that don't know how to enjoy good food and take our time. And, she couldn't stop saying this type of arguments, I had to walk out of the place. Zero accountability for the long waiting times or a sense of service. Even though the food is quite good, I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you are ready to wait two hours to eat. As the lady would recommend me to do, it might be better go to a fast food restaurant rather than hers.
