Great food qualigy/price value near the citry center

The staff are extremely rude. My companion and I were viewing the menu and a blonde waitress started shouting ' stop arguing '. Another waiter started to laugh like a school boy. The staff were dressed in Jeans and te-shirts. It's like a takeaway but with extortionate prices. The menu had burn Mark's on it. They cannot be bothered to replace menus plus it's not Halal as they serve ham and beer and wine and alcohol etc. It was a highly unpleasant experience. Best to spend money in other welcoming restaurants . There were 0 customers and that says it all. The waiters seemed more interested in flirting with the waitress rather than serving customers. The staff all looked like new migrants who had just got there asylum, maybe that explains the lack of customer service skills as they need to be trained. We had no choice other than to walk out as it was that appalling

TO FLEE !!!!! This review actually dates from January 2020 despite the restaurant's response and the date written on my review. If you don't believe me I am a local guide. Also look at most of the positive reviews look fake (the accounts have no other reviews and such) Especially don't believe the restaurant's gooey note. My boyfriend and I were sick and we regret not having contacted the hygiene services. Filthy restaurant! Infamous burgers, inedible steak, frozen fries. High prices for a catastrophic meal !!! The cheese was not in my burger, it was in the fries, there was almost nothing, I didn't even have tomatoes. The server behaved abnormally with customers. When going to payment, the server did not even look at us, nor spoke to us, except to tell us the price, he did not even say goodbye !!! However, we are not difficult far from it. This restaurant is the worst I have seen !!! I put a star because putting none or putting a negative note is not possible. I correct my comment, the day after our meal at the Regina my boyfriend and I had food poisoning, which lasted two days for me and for my boyfriend, all night. Many of the good reviews posted seem to be false and made by the owners, employees or friends of them.

Please, don't eat here! Don't fool yourself regarding the cheap prices for Brugge. This restaurant is really bad and most ratings here are fake. We tested the resturant and were extremly disappointed. First of all, there was only one guy who was responsible for bar, kitchen and service at once. He was quite stressed. A kid, most likely only 10 years helped him?! The resturant was not very clean and the ventilation seemed to be broken. Most things on the menu we're not available. The sprite i ordered first came with a fly in it. And the second one tasted like it was verrry old. General there where a lot of flies. The food was not good. Mostly convenience things (pommes, fish, etc.) which are only fried. Not really tasty. This place is not worth it.

Very good location and kind service. Quote good food and fantastic waffles. Prices are not too high considering you are right in the centre of Brugge.

Bad service, cheap food, food is not freshly made, people received raw food, people had to move from their place in order to let a group in, we were not told in advance that the bank contact was not working so we had to find a bank to withdraw money. Only 1 person was working there with 1 chef cook. They allowed so many people in while they knew they couldn’t handle it. So people had to wait. Never coming here again!

Where to start. The only good thing was the service The service was good. But to be honest the food was the the worst thing i ate in my life. Even the Sauce was so bad you could not eat it. The prices are high as usual in Bruegge . The Managment needs to change some things because this is not a Restaurant for me.
