Lang wachten tot je behandelt wordt.
Wel veel problemen met de medewerkers, ze doen niet alles wat ze beloven.
In de winkel vertellen alles komt in orde.
Na het kijken op mijn factuur, is er nog steeds niet verandert.
Steeds uw factuur goed nakijken bij telecomoperatoren !
Voor de rest, zijn de medewerkers wel heel beleefd en behulpzaam.
Ik vermoed dat ze niet de nodige opleiding hebben genoten, om hun werk naar behoren te kunnen uitvoeren. Veel communicatie problemen dus met de medewerkers. Iets beloven dat alles in orde komt, en uiteindelijk wordt het niet uitgevoerd, dat is niet leuk. Om steeds op nieuwe naar de winkel hetzelfde verhaal te moeten doen.
