Je kan er ook terecht voor al je vragen. Onlangs een probleem gehad met mijn Apple Watch, ze kwam niet van bij jullie maar ik heb toch een antwoord gekregen op mijn vraag terwijl ze bij de Reseller waar ik ze gekocht heb er niet eens wouden op antwoorden. Mijn volgende toestellen zoals een Watch, iPhone enzovoort zal ik zeker bij hun aankopen, daar heb je tenminste service! De website vindt ik echt prachtig! Je vindt er ook een uitgebreid aanbod aan accessoires voor ieders budget! Tot snel! Groetjes Jorben! Simply superb! Recently had a problem with my Apple Watch, it didn't come from you but I still got an answer to my question while at the Reseller where I bought them they didn't even want to answer it. I will certainly buy my next devices such as a Watch, iPhone etc. with their purchases, at least you have service there! I think the website is really beautiful! Goede uitleg, namen de tijd om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en het toestel klaar te maken voor gebruik. En mocht er achteraf nog iets niet duidelijk zijn, dan werd me verzekerd dat ik het mag komen vragen. Bedankt, Marie! En in de toekomst zullen ze ook workshops geven, wat ook mooi meegenomen zal zijn. Bought a new i-phone last weekend. Super satisfied with the service! Good explanation, took the time to answer my questions and prepare the device for use. And if something is not clear afterwards, I was assured that I can come and ask. Thanks, Marie! Thuis gekomen online besteld en tegen 19U was de nieuwe iPad geleverd en geïnstalleerd. Bedankt Pure Lifestyle, de naam Apple Authorised Reseller waardig. On Saturday afternoon we cycled to Ninove in vain, not thinking that the shop would be closed because of the "Omloop Het Nieuwsblad". Ordered online at home and the new iPad was delivered and installed by 7 PM. Thank you Pure Lifestyle, worthy of the name Apple Authorized Reseller.

Intussen nieuwe thuisbureau en stoel geinstalleerd en super tevreden mee. Strings works bureau is zeer functioneel (electrisch verstelbaar in de hoogte en tegelijk mooie estethiek) en stoel erbij is perfect match. Happy customer ? Great shop, good advice. We found a number of nice objects and a new home office. Extra interesting to stop by during sales. Definitely recommended ? In the meantime installed a new home desk and chair and very satisfied with it. Strings works desk is very functional (electrically adjustable in height and at the same time beautiful aesthetics) and the chair is a perfect match. Happy customer ?

Bij het eerste exemplaar dat ik vastnam ging het alarm af (zat vermoedelijk niet goed vast). Ik bleef even wachten bij het toestel zodat ik een medewerker op de hoogte kon houden van het defect. Al zuchtend en puffend komt een medewerkster het alarm afzetten, waarna ik een uitbrander krijg van de vrouw: ‘Is dat nu nodig om die vast te nemen?’. ‘Heb jij wel een nieuwe gsm nodig?’. Ik was helemaal verbijsterd en antwoorde dat ik weldegelijk een nieuwe Iphone nodig heb. Is dit de manier waarop jullie omgaan met jullie klanten? Ik heb de vrouw duidelijk gemaakt dat dit mijn insziens niet klantvriendelijk is en ben toen vertrokken. Een cursus klantgerichtvriendelijkheid is hier misschien aangewezen? Mijn conclusie? Ik zal jullie winkel niet meer bezoeken en zal mijn verhaal zeker delen. Yesterday I entered your store with my mom to buy a new iPhone. The alarm went off on the first one I picked up (probably wasn't attached properly). I waited a while at the device so that I could inform an employee of the defect. While sighing and puffing, an employee comes to switch off the alarm, after which I get a scolding from the woman: 'Is it necessary to hold it now?' Do you really need a new mobile phone? I was completely stunned and replied that I do need a new Iphone. Is this the way you treat your customers? I made it clear to the woman that in my opinion this is not customer-friendly and then I left. A customer-friendliness course might be appropriate here? My conclusion? I will not visit your shop again and will definitely share my story.
