The don't have the knowledge about the work, it's only able to put you in problem with telenet company and force you to use the customer care phone to solve the problem they did. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst service here. Came in for a simswap because of a new phone. I asked whether it's possible to copy the numbers on the SIM. The guy said he would have to cut the SIM which might break it. He also said it's impossible to get the numbers from the old Windows Phone. First, they don't have a SIM copy tool? Second, they don't have decent SIM cutting tool? Third, we installed Outlook on the new Android phone and contacts were synched in 5 minutes. I know my way around tech so I know he was bullshitting but the amount of misinformation is mind boggling. And ok, maybe the guy was not knowledgable, it's a sales job in the end, but the way he told all this as he was a know it all - disgusting. Will take into account when I review my subscriptions and next time I'll find some other Telenet Center. As a former Telenet technician I'm disgusted by this service.

The shop is apparently professional but they did a lot a mistake
for a business subscription , so earn money for work but they did wrong work and put as in a long issue who wast a lot of time , so I suggest
to not use the shop but the call center it's more efficient,
