β β β β β The inside of the balls are not worth the price. The carbonara filling tastes like some cheap premade supermarket pasta. Not enough herbs and and an overall bland taste.
There is nowhere a taste of fresh ingrediants. If they improve the quality of the sause and add some herbs it would have been a better experience

β β β β β Sicilian 'authentic' street food, i'd say more like cheap out on ingredients food. My arancini calabro tasted like my grandma's macaroni and that is sadly not a compliment... would never recommend.
