β β β β β Although the restaurant is not open on sundays I was lucky the management is willing to open their great restaurant for a small group. I did not regret. Delicious dishes with a variety of unexpected tastes. Subtle and friendly service: thank you Arthur and your people. We had an unforgetable experience in this grand restaurant. Not cheap but fair price for what you get.

Three appetizers :beef tailmeat, squid leg and pigeon breast
Main: One two-persons marble beef from Finland
Dessert: surpriseegg and #magnum are just fair... Hope they can work on that...
wine pairing is exceptional!
A perfect dinner and very impressive restaurant
Despite the reception was weird for our premature arrival, the serving waiter and the sommelier are perfect!
That was my best dinning experience lately!

β β β β β We got off to a rocky start as someone used our name to get a table. Afterwards we were met by strange looks of the personel. As a result we were also seated at a table that seemed not ready to have guests as there were still crumbs left. Tip for the maitre: Don't ever let guests look at the guest list, starting from a privacy point of view this is not ok! And of course you run the risk of people without reservation picking a random name of that list.
The food was great, tasty and the plates nicely formed. Staff during rest of the evening was excellent.
Some things that need to be ironed out and it's a perfect experience!

β β β β β Really likes the food en entourage, waitering was okay, but sometimes,due to the noise in was hard, impossible to understand the explanations. Maybe due to the low table. But 8n general really good food and wine!

β β β β β You can't say the food is bad but it could be better and from such a place I expect it to be better. Paying over 500β¬ for 3 and not feeling like having had value for money is bad. And it gets worse... we took the wine arrangement and while the white wines were reasonable the reds were simply doing NO justice to the food l, let's say it as is, the first one was just baled and near tasteless and the second was a Lebanese wine that has a retail value of 4,75β¬ as our Lebanese guest told me when he also stated it was the worst of the wines from the valley! A real pity

β β β β β Excellent restaurant which I had booked before realizing it was actually in the hotel I was staying at! The food was definitely at a Michelin * level. Service was also attentive and highly professional. I especially liked the thoughtful wine pairings with the tasting menu (including the use of sake on the opening course).
Presentation was lovely, though a bit less fussy than at other Michelin starred restaurants on my trip - not a complaint by any means, as the lack of fussiness and pretense makes the restaurant just a bit more relaxed than some other Michelin-starred establishments. Was very popular (even mid-week) and would suggest booking a table, certainly on weekends and in the summer holiday season.
My only quibble was with the pre-restaurant cocktail I tried to order from the 'bar' directly outside the restaurant's entrance (still in the hotel, and I'd consider to be part of the overall experience). That was a disappointment - the 'bartender' didn't know what a French 75 was, couldn't find any lemon juice, and struggled to locate his simple syrup. I don't know if it was his first night on the job or what, but I'd advice skipping cocktails at LOF and jumping straight to the food (and wine pairings).
