★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to revise my review. Personnel must have changed. The last 4 visits with two different bikes I left with the same problems I came with. They changes wheels, brake pads etc but the bikes are unstable and both lost the chain a few hundred meters from the shop. Very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a little store, but th people know what they are doing and do not exploit to do unnecessary things repairing bikes. They repair mountain bikes as well, which a lot of shops in the center shy away from. And they arefuxing things quickly, and have a look at damaged directly ( in other places they do not look at your bike and give you an appointment in a month...) . It s my favorite place. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Judge for yourself: €60 for bleeding the hydraulic rear and front disc brakes plus re-adjusting the front wheel (reducing friction). Repaired within 3h. Friendly contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really strange experience. The guy who runs the store is borderline hostile when I just wanted to buy a new inner tube - it then punctured within a day and I won’t even bother trying to get a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive shop - even more expensive service.
Very strange/disrespectful stuff - at least if you are foreigner. Hard to say, if they are having issues or being genuinely so bizarre.
But since I had to explain how to service the Look pedals they suppose to be authorized dealer for, it is absolute no go shop/service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year bought a trek ebike worth 3000 euro. Then frequently went for repair but cost a lot more than 1500 euro. Now need to change the engine which comes into the guaranty but it has been 2 month but no news. Now the shop owner saying it is not his responsibility to find out when the engine will come. He just think about money but no professional qualification.. It is also being difficult to contact with the Trek. Frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite unpleasant phone experience. Called to ask the price of an annual checkup. Sounded annoyed by my request and couldn’t give me a proper answer. Defintely better and more customer centric service out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. In February 2021 bought a bike of 1500 euros at his shop. The boss told me the bike would be delivered on may 25th. They did not deliver the bike till now, they had everytime anoyher story why the bike is not ready. In september I canceled the delivery. In the end, it took 12 phone calls, 2 in shop discussions and a letter from my lawyer to get my money back.
