Obligés de revenir un autre jour alors qu'au final, l'article était bien là, elle n'avait juste pas noté le bon numéro. Nous n'y retournerons pas, c'est une certitude. Quel fut ma surprise après avoir dépose ma doudoune fine qui est délicate. Quand je me suis rendu compte que j'ai paye 16.50€ simplement pour un passage en machine. Maintenant ma doudoune n'a plus de forme. Le duvet s'est mis en boule. 200€ parti en fumée I will not stay there again. J’ai essayé des autres nettoyages à sec à Bruxelles (après mon déménagement), mais je retourne toujours ici. D’ailleurs, ce teinturier m’a été conseillé aussi à mon arrivé à Bruxelles. J’y retourne toujours, même si il y a un problem de parking. I searched google for the opening hours and saw the comments. I have been a client there for almost 10 years. And I confirm to you that the quality is very good. I have tried other dry cleaning in Brussels (after my move), but I always come back here. Moreover, this dyer was also recommended to me when I arrived in Brussels. I always go back, even if there is a parking problem.

Les faits: après avoir déposé un tapis pour nettoyage, je dois constater que 5 semaines plus tard rien n'a été fait (oubli de faire signer une décharge, document erroné,...). Si je ne m'étais pas rendu sur place j'aurais pu encore attendre longtemps. On avait pourtant promis de me rappeler dès le travail exécuté. De plus, la dame au comptoir devrait apprendre à accueillir ses clients avec un peu plus d'empathie. Bref, je n'y retournerai plus. A éviter... Horrible shop.
