Found they are all, yes all of them, very professional, extremely competent, efficient, kind, polite and welcoming, they even offer you a good coffee while you wait. I found my bike shop. Can’t think of going anywhere else. Congrats

But what's more important (as post-marketing services) today they repaired my son's bike** usig their experience and savoir-faire, without having to replace any spares parts, which saved me money and time. A big big THANK YOU to all the team and to Tom expecially, who repaired it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop to get my rear wheel replaced. Very friendly people in the shop. I got an appointment within a week, since they needed to order the wheel and the work itself was done within the same day (left it at 8:30 and picked up at 17:30). I may have been lucky because it's still not bike season, but they promised anyways within 48h. Big thanks to the mechanic. Yes, they are not the cheapest but the job was done perfectly and everything around my rear wheel is perfectly adjusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many bike shops here, and this is the one. Great for commuters and causal bikers, but also fantastic service for passionate cyclists. My precious old MTB got a new life here in a months-long project, outstanding commitment and service! 6 stars if I could.

I normally fix my bike myself but just had a weird problem with my tyre that I couldn’t solve, and they just fixed in no time. Very impressed. Always makes me feel good to see such dedication and commitment by the “Bike your city crew”. Rare find in Brussels. Thanks guys!!
