My motor has now broken down for the second time already in the last two months. And when there is no electric assistance, the not so brushless motor makes it feel like you are riding a 25 kg bike up the hill. So definetly not a recommend if you are looking for what they are selling you has a fast and light electric bike

The staff said they only fix the bikes which were bought in their shop. Another a bizarre service in Brussels that I feel like they don’t need customers in the future. This is very disappointing.

I'm extremely disappointed in this company. Was hoping for more professionalism and proactivity on their part.

There are no distinction between the sales persons and After-sales persons, which mean that you can wait a very long time in the line because of other customers asking questions about the products. I made an appointment a month ago to get a simple bike maintenance where a specific time slot was allocated to me. I showed up on time and I had to wait in the line for a long time. Then I had to provide all my details again just as if my appointment was not recorded. Finally I was asked whether they can keep my bike for 2 days. This is not the service I would expect when making an appointment and I think that things should go must faster and organised more efficiently.
