★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely incompetent and dishonest with zero empathy for their tenants and other owners in a building where they manage an apartment.The family in our building who rents from them have been completely devastated especially their autistic child. Castell withheld from them that the building has a acoustic insulation problem. The autistic child has been very badly affected by the noise problems between the apartments. I personally witnessed the child and mother's degradation from stress caused by Castell management the past 2 years. The family complained multiple times and asked for a solution but Castell replied that it is not their problem.
