Cons: Check in is at a different hotel 350 meters down the road No AC, rooms would be very hot in late summer

Negative: The floor was dirty, the place was very loud, both looking to the street and inside (other guests and cleaning staff since 8am).

You can hear the guests above waking around and talking everywhere, the windows either overlook a busy morning parking lot in the back or a noisy street in the front. We slept very badly as a result. Interior of the room looks like student accommodation.

Located some distance from its parent hotel - in which all services including check-in and breakfast are located. Room was “Spartan” and showed no signs of additional cleaning measures due to covid My room bore no resemblance to the photos on Booking.com Breakfast was €15 extra per person - expensive for what it was Stairway access is dark and motion sensor lighting ineffective Beds are 2 x single, pushed together. I was travelling solo - just one bed was made Rooms are not soundproofed and there was disturbance from neighbouring guests (normal behaviour, but the sound carried and amplified) I was quite surprised given the tourism nature of the hotel to find that very few staff spoke any English ( the initial receptionist found a very nice, helpful lady member of staff - but aside from that I encountered none); fortunately I speak a little French (enough to get-by in the basics) A Generally underwhelming stay - glad it was just one night.
