B	Bart Seresia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a bit disappointing for a Mercure hotel. Specially after looking at there side you would expect a bigger room. Room was clean in general but even though the hotel is quite new there already some wear and tear. A leaky showerhead for example and some dustnets in the far corners of the room. Not sure if I would stay here for my holiday's. But as it was Buisness trip it was ok
J	J.Puzzled VL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hotel, however the pool was too crowded to be safe, 11 people in the pool with the excuse that according to rules and regulations they are allowed to have 3 bubbles at a time in their pool... We left the pool earlier than anticipated with a gutted miserable feeling. I know a lot of hotels and restaurants do their best, wish they'd be a bit stricter about the number of guest in the pool, not just the number of bubbles. The hotel also charged extra for changing the date due to the recent floods. We had to change our date because literally everything was closed due to a natural disaster. Not the most forthcoming hotel, nor the kindest. Great bedding and shower, clean and comfortable rooms. If not for the aforementioned ordeal at the pool and changing of dates I would have rated them 4 out of 5. If not 4,5.
A	Aleksa Lakic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super polite staff, hotel in general has a great decoration, rooms too and they are well equipped and clean! Very comfortable night with kids. The swimming pool was a great plus. Breakfast was nice you could choose a various assortement of tasty food. Will certanly choose again this hotel if i come back in the region.

Nice hotel with enjoyable common spaces, parking under the hotel and a (small) swimming pool. Some noise from other rooms. Good breakfast (in the room due to Covid) en very friendly staff. Check in could be faster but we did like the text message informing us that our room was ready. Very good location.

A	Andrew J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed ! We stayed at the hotel but it was not possible to have diner at the restaurant. Staff is not caring nor proactive to find solutions for their clients. Breakfast is average, customer flow not well managed : no bread available.

The organisation went very smoothly, with the staff being very responsive and very open to accomodate our requests. Once we arrived, everything also went very well. The staff again was very kind and treated us well. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast very good. We could not have asked for more and would definitely recommend. Thanks again from all 29 of us :)

One tip: more dining à la carte options would be a nice to have. The breakfast was perfect but the eggs weren't always hot enough. Just a small hint. Looking forward to come again.
