★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met een groep vrienden gingen wij na school even snoepen gaan kopen. Opeens worden we op een neerbuigende, strenge toon zonder reden verzoekt om ons onmiddelijk naar de kassa te begeven en onze zakken leeg te maken. Een medewerkster zei ons dat we niet moesten proberen om dingen te stelen. We hadden niets gedaan en werden dus vals beschuldigd van diefstal.
Dus een groep 15 jarigen wordt automatisch gezien als valse dieven?
 After school we went with a group of friends to buy sweets. Suddenly we are asked in a condescending, stern tone for no reason to immediately go to the checkout and empty our pockets. An employee told us not to try to steal things. We had done nothing and were therefore falsely accused of theft.
So a group of 15 year olds is automatically seen as fake thieves?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super vriendelijke bediening door het vaste personeel en de properheid top in deze Kruidvat! Er werd zelfs gevraagd of ze ons konden helpen en elke extra vraag aan de kassa was ook enorm goed en vriendelijk beantwoord! Wel een foto van je klantenkaart nemen want de internetverbinding is niet ideaal zo moet je nadien geen extra etiketten bijhouden om je punten alsnog te krijgen maar dit is in elke Kruidvat zo en begrijpelijk.
Super friendly service by the permanent staff and the cleanliness top in this Kruidvat! They were even asked if they could help us and every additional question at the checkout was answered extremely well and friendly! Take a photo of your loyalty card because the internet connection is not ideal so you don't have to keep track of extra labels afterwards to get your points, but this is so understandable in every Kruidvat.

Still got her 50% on her purchase, because it was still hanging on the rack. That's another customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Ook naar mijn zoontje, hij is net geen 2 en heeft al een ervaring achter de kassa ? Een moment om nooit meer te vergeten!
Very friendly staff! Also to my son, he is just under 2 and already has an experience behind the cash register ? A moment to never forget!

I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that some promotions are sometimes not the same as in the folder/app or just missing.
