★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a cosy nice little restaurant and the food is exceptionally delicious. Food preparation takes longer than average but the food is worth the wait. I ordered the tagliatelle with chicken and creamy cheese sauce and it was amazing.

We booked it on Easter Monday for the dinner that evening and were lucky to get a table. When we arrived he remembered us and arranged for us to sit outside as soon as the other guests left (5mins after we arrived) as he knew we wanted to enjoy dinner with an outdoor table, really thoughtful.
The restaurant serves good solid portion sizes for dinner. It’s run by a husband and wife team who work hard and care, the food is really tasty. We both had the specials for dinner hence the white asparagus that was in season is in both photos.
The service was quick given there was only one person serving everyone. He even took a lovely photo of us and took his time to make the photo come out well.
Would definitely recommend this place.
Lastly- one tip, go for the tinned mackerel to share as a starter to nibble on something, it was really really good !
