I put a deposit for an item with them that they priced right away but when you call to find out when the item arrives, it never picks up. I hope the management will do what is necessary with its anti-commercial people.

I bought a book online with a gift voucher, which would be sent to the store in Bruges to avoid shipping costs. A day later I get a message that the order is cancelled because the book isn’t in stock anymore, even though the book was still available in the store according to the webshop. I get a refund, but in form of different gift voucher. Apparently, this different kind of gift voucher can only be used online. Hence, I can’t use it anymore to buy the book I wanted which would supposedly be available in the store itself. I then tried to buy a different version of the same book online, however that would take 4 weeks to arrive to the store, even though the store had this other version of the book lying in the store too. When I went to the store to get some info on how I could still use the gift voucher, not only were they actively avoiding my question, they were also clueless (I suspect they just play dumb). Oh, and finally, the customer service just doesn’t pick up if you call them.
