Suis pourtant du bâtiments, qu'il est bon de voir qu'il y a encore des professionnels, car pour moi l'association du commercial et du monteur a été parfaite 10/10 en toute honnêteté . Un grand merci

Cuisine commandée en février 2020. Pose en mars 2021 et toujours incomplète à ce jour. Après avoir attendu un lave-vaisselle durant plusieurs semaines, ils se trompent et installent un d'une autre marque. Changé par la suite. Nous attendons toujours une colonne de meuble Après plusieurs mois d'attente, l'installateur vient en se rendant compte que ce ne sont pas les bonnes pièces. Aucune excuse du magasin par téléphone, "c'est la faute au fournisseur" et "de toute façon vous avez quand même une cuisine opérationnelle". Refus d'entendre parler de dédommagement, le tout, sans aucune remise en question. Nous attendons toujours la suite. Rapport qualité / service / prix : déplorable. A éviter de toute urgence.
Kitchen ordered in February 2020. Installation in March 2021 and still incomplete to this day. After waiting for a dishwasher for several weeks, they make a mistake and install one from another brand. Changed later. We are still waiting for a cabinet column After several months of waiting, the installer comes to realize that these are not the right parts. No excuse from the store over the phone, "it's the supplier's fault" and "you still have a working kitchen anyway." Refusal to hear about compensation, all without any questioning. We are still waiting for the continuation. Quality / service / price ratio: deplorable. To be avoided urgently.

Ne respecte pas ses engagements. Cuisine montée sans frigo, un délais d'une semaine nous a été signifié. 3 semaines plus tard ,et ce jour, toujours rien. Une cuisine sans frigo c'est "chouette "
Does not respect its commitments. Kitchen mounted without fridge, a delay of one week was notified to us. 3 weeks later, and to this day, still nothing. A kitchen without a fridge is "nice"

After seeing the disastrous client services at the nearby competitor (Kvik) I can only grant you 5 stars. Really professional and good ideas for our kitchen and the salesperson was very welcoming and professional.

If you want to save yourself from a bad experience please don't buy your kitchen here. In my experience it has been a nightmare, I have planned my kitchen since July 2020 and now is almost end of year 2020 and my kitchen is not yet completed. Besides my family and me had to live a lot of stressful situations with their people and unprofessional behavior such as: bad measurements taken, so the cabinets didn't match with my place, they told me they need 2 days to install and it really was 4 days so their people were complaining at my place because they had to work till late, no solutions, my family proposing solutions, and today I'm still waiting for missing pieces and kitchen top. Their customer service and selling people don’t know how to treat customer and how to communicate, they have only interest in you to pay the kitchen and then you have to deal with all kind of problems, they don’t care about customers.

Nice experience visiting the showroom. Reasonably sufficient models exposed to allow choices of materials and features. Henry was very helpful and patient in proposing solutions and walk around the showroom to explain/show it.
