We received a dirty car, and we brought it back clean as new and they changed the cleaning fee of €20 anyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wizzair account recommended this car rental and I accepted. Unfortunately I checked the comments on google only later and I started to worry about the car rental. My deposit was 300 EUR but we got an other car than I reserved therefore the car rental changed the deposit to 250 EUR -> this is ok. The receptionist recommended full car cleaning service (in-on) only 9 EUR and telled us many necessery information about the car rental service. In summary we got a great/new car with full extras and service for this price. The car take off was so fast and the next day I got back my deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (are) were renting from them couple of times per year. Every time asking for a 300 EUR deposit. Suddenly, they surcharged the invoice with 150 EUR(some Premium assurance) without saying anything, claiming that the deposit is 800 EUR and the amount was not available on the credit card - so they charged us with 150 EUR as Premium assurance without any word. But on the counter they NEVER said anything about 800 EUR deposit, evermore, they were charging the card with 300 EUR as deposit when we picked up the car!!! They were telling this bull**it story about 800 EUR deposit a week after we returned the car when they sent the invoice. THIS IS ROBBERY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers scammers. I will do a chargeback. They lie to you straight in the face. Never rent with them. Never!! Attached is the car they wanted to rent out. On top of this they charged a cleaning fee when car was crystal clean. Terrible experience
