★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called last week regarding an issue with a transaction I had. The person I spoke with, Diana De Lotto, very quickly became frustrated and had a serious attitude problem towards me. She started to raise her voice and said that all I did was "talk, talk, talk" and not listen to her. I was simply trying to make her understand the issue I was having, as she didn't understand or make the effort to, she just wasn't interested. After I suggested we end the call, due to how uncomfortable I was speaking with her, and her horrific attitude towards me, I asked for her name, to which she responded by saying "bye" to me 3 times, each time after I asked for her name, and then proceeded to put the phone down on me. I immediately called back and was given her name by a colleague of hers, and subsequently filed a complaint, which ING has yet to respond to. I found the level of service despicable.
