★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cleanlines problems like i read in opinions. My double room was big enough appealing and mostly ergonomically designed. One major drawback was lack of electrical outlet next to the bed. Only one outlet for the entire room (except bathroom). Tasty breakfast, but it gets "old" after 2 nights. They can improve on that. Fresh squeezed orange juice available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be in Europe the service it is really bad.. the personal its not very awake or helpful.. the buffet during the nights its not so good.. cleaning in the rooms 3/5. The laundry service it’s the worst thing ever... if they return your laundry its from 4 to 5 days! I left the hotel without part of my clothes (A few things) because it was impossible for them to return the laundry after 5 days! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! There are better options near.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby is chic and welcoming. The room is large compared to other European destination though I cannot speak about Belgium as this is my first trip. The staff is friendly and spoke English well. I'm here on business and this is a fine hotel for this. It is a little far from the town but a little walk to find dinner wasn't unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No a bab experience but the only thing I regret a lot it's a needed an iron during my stay, didn't have any available.
The room lady did everywhere but return telling with nothing. I was disappointed because I have a weeding to attend on the day. Things like that you need to resolve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel presents itself very well, modern and welcoming. The room I was assigned was spacious and clean. The staff (including the cleaners) were friendly and helpful. Overall I was very pleased with my accommodation.
