★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, but heating/cooling worked poorly. Shower had no shelf's for soaps or shampoo, toilet paper was like 400 grit sandpaper. Breakfast was awesome, though. Nice location,shopping and restaurants were close by. TV channels were limited, no movies to watch. Lots of USB charging points, HDMI port on the desk to connect to the TV, safe in the closet, great blackout curtains too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager Mr De Clercq Was very kind and very helpful in listening to our particular requests this hotel is very clean its lounge bar is full of charm and very cozy and offers all you need to organize meetings I was pleasantly surprised I recommend this hotel and these magnificent meeting rooms and rooms .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Aalst. I would recommend adding the breakfast buffet to your bill as the food is plentiful and has to offer a great variety of items. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were on the third floor and the room was quiet, despite being near a market square. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that there is a well-equipped gym and sauna but no pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars while service is very friendly (not annoying friendly) and competent. Rooms are spacious, well kept and very clean. Additionally there is a easy iron for the trousers. Bed is, although for my taste bit soft, very comfortable and two different types of pillows made a good night sleep for me. Location on perfect, just in town center and for our purposes of business meeting was very good choice. Would recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used one of the hotel apartments for a long stay, the furniture is good not new, but it’s okay. The room service cleans it once weekly. Internet connection was good. Also the parking was good. The remarkable thing in the hotel is the management, which was very cooperative and responsive. Also the staff was very friendly and professional. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you, guys ?

Breakfast is generous and abundant, with lots of high-quality options and non-dairy milk available. Staff are very friendly, professional, and welcoming.
