On their website they ask for a ID card, European drivers license and when I get there I have an European drivers license and the answer I get is simply we cannot give you the car because it is not a Belgian driver license. Nowhere is written that HAS to be a Belgian driver license.
The manager didn't even had the courage to come and talk to me and even said to the employee that I (the customer) should contact the main Agency in Antwerpen. So the customer should do the job at the place of the manager? what kind of service is this? and the refund is not coming right away there is still one or two days delay.
