★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an accident during our trip and got to the hotel still in complete shock, we received welcoming and warm service and when I causally mentioned our accident to explain why we might want a later check-out, the concierge and the receptionist showed their comfort and sympathy. They sent us a champagne to the room, arranged us a king size bed(the opt I booked could have been just 2 double beds), granted us a later check-out time, and when we opted for breakfast they’ve doubled the either/or option for smoothie/salad into 2. When we checked out, the concierge even came to find us again in the street because he wanted to warn us about the protest going on near central station..
Their hospitality is beyond excellent, making sure we’re going to rest well at their best. Super grateful and happy with the stay. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price quality to be in the hart of the Brussels you're looking for is exceptional. Great rooms..wake up with the bells of the cathedral! Parking needs to be reserved and does not match 5 meter + cars..but public parking in the vicinity does,so 'o problem! ENJOY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel in Brussels. It's a real hidden gem near the Palais du Justice in a quiet square.
The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms are excellent at very good rates. The hotel has a good buffet style breakfast. The restaurant is a little pricey but there are so many good restaurants in and around the square less than 100 meters walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my stay here as the hotel is quite central and there's plenty to eat around you. The service was friendly and helpful although when asking about late check out the staff told us to come back each day to check availability which became a little tedious.
The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good. They have a DIY waffle station and omelettes made to order. There's plenty to choose from to eat including cereal, fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, sandwiches and plenty of fresh pressed juice.
We'd definitely come back again if we're in Brussels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questionable Business Practices Alert! We will never have the pleasure of staying @ that location as after accepting our reservations for 4 rooms for early January, the hotel just transfer your reservation to a "sister hotel" because they suddenly realize that they will be closed (why they would not know that 3 weeks ago is a mystery and case study for business management school). No apologies of course, just a dry email stating that the reservation will be maintained under the same conditions (scary indeed).
